The Coast Guard is the only branch of military NOT being paid right now because of the partial Govt shutdown. Paychecks for 41-THOUSAND Coast Guard members SHOULD have arrived yesterday. Astoria is banding together to help....under the direction of Coast Guard wife Stacey Benson.
